Emotion AI

The Emotion AI functionality in AceBot allows you to tag the sentiment of a respondent and personalize the survey based on that particular sentiment.

Using this functionality you could change the direction of your survey based on the tagged sentiment of your respondent. For example, if your customer’s tagged sentiment is positive then the bot could ask a set of questions to find more about what they liked in your product/service. If the tagged sentiment is negative then the bot could ask a set of questions to find out about the setbacks in your customer’s experience.

NOTE: Emotion AI can be used only on questions that are of “Free text” type.
