Conditions

Conditions have four parts to them as explained below: -

Part Description
i. Field

The field option allows you select the conditional statement that you want to add into your rule. You can use the dropdown to select one of the following options: -

  • Questions: You can select the question name, from the ones that are listed in the dropdown, as an event for conditional branching to trigger.
  • Emotion tracked: You can select this if the event is a free text type question and you want to use Emotion ai for conditional branching.
  • Trigger Message: This functionality is applicable to only custom survey solutions. Write to info@acebot.ai to know more.
  • NLP Trigger message: This functionality is applicable to only custom survey solutions. Write to info@acebot.ai to know more.
  • Surveys completed: This functionality is applicable to only custom survey solutions. Write to info@acebot.ai to know more.
  • Last ad referral: This functionality is applicable to only custom survey solutions. Write to info@acebot.ai to know more.
  • User input: Select this option if you want your condition to be based on an input of the user to either current or previous question.
ii. Comparison Operator One of the operators is used to compare the left hand statement to the right hand value. Pre-defined options such as “Is empty” and “Is not empty” do not require right hand value.
iii. Right hand value The options available here change based on what has been selected as the field. e.g. If you have selected a field of type "Options", it will display the list of options for you to select from.
iv. Logical Operator You can use the logical operators i.e. and/or to add more statements to your condition.
