If you enable emotion for a question by checking the box, system creates a variable
in the format QUESTIONNAME_EMOTION. This variable is present inside Emotion tracked under Field section
of rules and branching. You can use this variable to make decisions based on Positive, Negative or Neutral emotion
for the question in which track emotion is enabled.
Example: Let us say you have a question “Are you happy with our service” and the question name is Q1.
Enable emotion tracking by checking the check box.
Based on the response given by the user, Positive or Negative or Neutral is saved under the variable Q1_EMOTION.
To access this, click on rules and branching, go to field section under which you can find Emotion tracked.
You can make use of this variable to take actions depending on user response.
